Chelsea Beat City, Liverpool Go Top

N'Golo Kante's second goal of the season gave Chelsea the lead

Chelsea beat Manchester City 2-0 and Mohamed Salah's hat-trick saw Liverpool go top of the Premier League table beating Bournemouth 4-0 on Saturday.

Manchester City played dominant first half but Chelsea capitalised on their second half chances with N'Golo Kante scoring past Ederson from Eden Hazard's pass and in the last minutes David Luiz securing the win when he angled the ball in the far post with header.

"In the first half, we were exceptional. In general, we were fantastic. I don't have any regrets," said Blues manager Pep Guardiola, whose side have now dropped to 2nd in the table.

Earlier on the day Mohamed Salah scored a hat-trick against Bournemouth to send Liverpool to the top of the table.

Salah then handed his man-of-the-match award to team-mate James Milner who played his 500th Premier League match for the Reds.
