Music Executive John Atterberry Dies After Random Shooting

John Atterberry, 40 year old former vice president of Death Row Records, known for his work with the R&B singer Brandy, Jessica Simpson and the Spice Girls died this Monday, just few days after being shot in the face and neck by a crazy gunman during a rampage on the streets of Hollywood.

John was sitting in his car on Friday, in Los Angeles when a 26 year old crazy gunman named Tyler Brehm shot him three times. After being shot, he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition and pronounced dead late Monday afternoon.

The gunman Tyler was shot by police after witnesses alerted two police officers who were working on a nearby movie set. When they arrived, Brehm was walking down the street with his gun in the air, screaming that he wanted to die, before lowering his firearm when cars began to drive by and firing at them.
