How Many Healthy Fellows Do We Have On The Planet???

In 2001, chronic diseases contributed approximately 59% of the 56.5 million total reported deaths in the world and 46%of the global burden of disease. And 80% of them are from developing countries.
This is how world is suffering at large scale. Thanks to Bill and Malinda who dedicated their lived for others health. New and weird diseases are getting discovered. Some take years to get solved.

Going back to 1340s, The Black Death, or The Black Plague, was one of the most deadly pandemics in human history. The total number of deaths worldwide from the pandemic is estimated at 75 million people; there were an estimated 20 million deaths in Europe alone. The Black Death is estimated to have killed between a third and two-thirds of Europe's population. Maybe an infected rat travelled from Asia thru Amazon forest and entered European port.

The point is, this planet is one no matter what boundaries we set. And the only way to fight it is to eradicate the threatening diseases from the globe. because it is all we all have ! :-)
