Gori turns gory as University of Iowa student remains missing

Thomas Plotkin, a student of University of Iowa, remains missing after falling into the Gori River in India earlier this month. Plotkin, who was on a semester program in India, plunged into the river after spraining an ankle. Other than a few battered possessions, no sign of him has been found as yet in spite of continuous search operations being carried out and hopes of his survival have started thinning as more time passes.
