Atlanta Schools Seek To Fill Vacancies Through Online Job Fair

After sending more than two-thirds of the total teachers who were involved in using unfair means for passing students on paid leave, Atlanta Public Schools seek to fill in the vacancies through an "online job fair".Immediately after the posts were originally vacated, the school system put in 109 new employees as substitutes, all of whom were not teachers.

The scandal first surfaced when reports of high test-scores due to unfair means practised by the teachers made it into the limelight followed by a two-year investigation which confirmed the reports.

The applicants are required to have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 2.5.
