''' V-WOW

STUDENTS' VANES '''

! VLOG ! : ON THE WORLD STUDENTS SOCIETY - the students of America led by Moon Shots, - to bring even a greater name to Superpower America, as the greatest '' free society '' and country in the world.

! Lessons Learnt ! : The Heroic Global Founder Framers of !WOW! - and the students of the world feel - that !WOW! must endeavour to the next stage of pure Excellence and Service to Humanity..... - and in building a better world.

On pure merit and greatness the students of America have earned the right AND honours to set up a Vlog platform in the name and style of '' V-WOW FRAMEWORK '' to help the world recover its  greatness and its real, real ways.

WORLD JUSTICE : By setting up the '' Voice of the Voiceless - V-WOW '' we will be enabling just about every form of service and happiness.

'' FRAMING THE FUTURE '' : And in that regard Esteemed Parent Aleena Malik, wife of Engineer and Technologist Amin Malik would make a great first host, or Student Emaan Basit on a revered  scholarship to America could make another very strong candidate.

I am deliriously musing. For it is for the students of America to decide. And in furthering the Global Founder Framers request, let me enumerate just two very pertinent examples.

1. MATERNITY RIGHTS : In this sub-continent, even neighbouring all around, African continent, and on and on I can go, humans and governments have long failed to recognise that economic growth and gender equality are inseparable.

Examine this first case, in the proud first hosts, Pakistan : In the recent ruling by the Federal Ombudsman the Protection Harassment of Women at the Workplace is a rare piece of good news in a country where working women are often left to fend for themselves.

By entertaining the dismissal of Ms Zainab Zahrah Awan - who was terminated while on duty sanctioned maternity leave - and by imposing a fine of Rs 1 million penalty on the employer '' Embrace IT '' , the ombudsperson has affirmed that pregnancy is not misconduct, and motherhood is not grounds for dismissal.

THE ORDER, which restores the complainant's employment status and awards her compensation, does more than correct an injustice. It sets a national precedent. In clear terms, the ombudsperson held that the termination was unlawful and constituted gender-based discrimination.

This ruling clearly links Proud Pakistan's commitments to global standards, referencing international accords such as CEDAW, the ICESCR and ILO conventions.

It states that '' safe motherhood '' is not a favor - it's a fundamental right.'' Such clarity was long due. And every honour and thanks to The World Students Society.

Labour departments, women's development ministries and human rights bodies should issue advisories that firing a woman on maternity leave will trigger financial and legal penalties.

Workers must know where to complain, and employers must know that they will be held accountable. Crucially, protections must also extend to contractual and informal workers - those most likely to be discarded and least likely to obtain relief.

NO WOMAN should have to choose between her livelihood and her right to give life.

2.- DEPRIVED INSTITUTIONS : By and Large, The world over, institutions of special education are suffering due to lack-of-resources, inadequate assistive technology, and insufficient staff, and specialised teaching material.

The allocated funds often do not reach schools and training centres, leaving students with special needs  deprived of basic facilities, such as proper class-rooms, teaching aids and transportation.

Parents of children with disabilities face constant struggles because of delays in services, limited vocational training and opportunities, and lack of modern rehabilitation facilities.

Children with disabilities are the responsibility of the whole world, all societies, and The World Students Society.

They deserve equal opportunities to grow, learn and contribute to their respective nation's progress.

The relevant authorities should prioritise this sector by ensuring transparency in budget utilisation, recruiting qualified staff, providing modern training for teaching and staff, and upgrading the infrastructure of special education institutions.

Only through sincere efforts can we provide these children with the dignity, respect and education they deserve.

The Honour and Serving of the Latest Global Operational Research on Education, Justice and World Status, continues. The World Students Society thanks Dawn, and Ashfaq Hussain Chandio.

With most respectful dedication to the Leaders of the World, Engineer & Technologist Amin Malik, Chicago, Dr. M Jawaid Khan Yusafzai, University of California, Engineer & Technologist Imran Basit, and Parents, Students, Professors and Teachers of the World.

See You all prepare for '' Great Democratic Constitutional Convention '' on The World Students Society : wssciw.blogspot.com and Twitter X !E-WOW! - The Ecosystem 2011 :

Good Night and God Bless
