"THE HAPPIEST STUDENTS IN THE WORLD!"
I have the honour to dedicate this Headline Post to the Founder Samurai of Student Angel Mother. Unlike all the other students I met or dealt with, the Sam Founders were the real confreres of heroism and never the antagonists. The bright happiness of their dispositions shone through. Every setback was turned into an opportunity. Nothing ever can defeat them as they go about building the greatest and the largest organisation of "every care", that Mankind has ever known! History will never forget them! They quickly understood the real world before them and the insight that Common Sense knowledge is acquired just one way, by listening to people who know. They will be invincible strength at !WOW!
Always remind yourself that an 'Oak tree was once a Nut that held its ground!"
So anyone can join the Samurai and be the Happiest Person in the World if only they look for happiness in the right place. The problem is they tend not to. The most misunderstood fact is that Happiness is the pursuit of an endless succession of experiences. That's a recipe for exhaustion more than happiness. Happiness is a way of being. The challenge is to let that way of being overtake all other emotional states. Unlike pleasure, which exhausts itself as you experience it, "Happiness is a skill and is cultivated!" Every student has the potential for it. You have to examine what contributes to a flourishing in your life..
Being happy is about raising your baseline. It is not about fireworks or euphoric experiences. The first step is to realize that you want to improve and that the world is not a mail-order catalogues for our desires. And you can only begin this pre-conceptual work by first getting rid of mental toxins such as hatred, obsessions, arrogance, envy, greed and pride. Reflection to begin with and regular meditation will help you get rid of all negativity and help cultivate positive qualities like Altruism. The obvious analysis behind all this is that the way the mind interprets the world is a crucial element in determining the quality of instant that goes by. Therefore we must learn to recognize that there are mental states or emotions that are conducive to flourishing and some that are destructive. Some refer to that as 'antidote training'. The more you bring benevolent or altruistic thoughts to the mind, the less space there is for the opposite. That is what is meant by antidote training.
By being aware of anger it can not sustain itself, it stops being fuelled and slowly dies out. If you become skilled in that then, with awareness, you can simply let those afflictive emotions dissolve. It's about realizing that you are not 'anger' any more than you are the "flu". Anybody can get irritated. It is the first response. But do laugh it off as it is outright silly. Remember Meditation will help you cultivate a better understanding of how the mind works. Samurai came with stunted adolescent and recovered. Life is not about sitting on the fence. That's the key!
Good night and God bless!
