Frank Lampard kisses the badge after putting Chelsea ahead

Clint Dempsey scored a late equaliser, his 22nd goal of the season, as Fulham moved up to the 9th spot while Chelsea staying on 6th with hopes for a Champions League place in the next season fading.

Frank Lampard scored his 150 Premier League goal through a penalty just before the break when Murphy challenged Bertrand recklessly in the area. Dempsey broke the Chelsea resistance as he found space from a corner to glance his header home.

Earlier goals from Norwich's Anthony Pilkington and Elliott Bennett earned the a 2-1 victory over Tottenham putting dent in their Champions League ambitions.

Newcastle moved level on points with fourth-placed Tottenham after defeating Boltan 2-0, their fifth successive victory.

Hatem Ben Arfa had produced a moment of genius scoring one of the best individual goals before Papiss Demba Cisse struck his tenth goal in nine Newcastle appearances.
