Japan Quake Lifted Seabed 16 Stories—Largest Recorded

The Japan Earthquake in March 2011 has lifted the seabed by 165 feet (50 meters), the largest recorded according to latest studies."This giant movement probably caused the massive tsunami that killed more than 15,000 people and crippled the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant", reports Richard A Lovett from National Geographic.
