Chocolate Fight - Sweetest Ever

European Commission had ruled 8 years ago that a chocolate is chocolate and there should be no distinctive adjective attached with them either the chocolate is "pure" or "less pure". Where Italian authorities stayed stubborn that forms of chocolate that mix in a bit of vegetable fat are to be labeled "less pure".
Italians, however, filed for justice. As a consequence the Court found Italy in violation of the European Commission’s original 2003 chocolate law and announced that until Italy stops distinguishing between the two types of chocolate, it will now have to pay a daily fine.
