Students Restricted: Three Bathroom Breaks Per Semester!

CHICAGO: What seems to be a major health concern to many parents, the Evergreen Park High School in Chicago, has placed restrictions on the number of visits a student can make to the bathroom. Aiming to prevent the students from taking bathroom breaks as an excuse to miss classes, the school has restricted the total number of visits to three per semester with compulsory make-up time after school for any additional breaks. This poses difficulties for students having after-school obligations which may lead to many simply tolerating the "pressure" to go. Additionally, with all the students having only the limited between-classes time available for using the restrooms, there is a potential risk of being late for classes.
