QAU opens School of Politics and International Relations

Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) has inaugurated its new School of Politics and International Relations (SPIR).  Director General Strategic Plans Division, (SPD) Lieutenant General Khalid Ahmed Kidwai (r) inaugurated the new building of SPIR. Addressing the inauguration ceremony QAU Vice Chancellor Dr Masoom Yasinzai praised the SPD for its contribution and assistance in fully furnishing and equipping the building of SPIR and bringing the school to its present shape.


The VC said that at present Pakistan was facing a huge challenge regionally and globally in the context of its image. “The focus of the school is to promote Pakistan’s perspective on crucial issues facing the country in foreign policy domain as well as at the national and regional level,” he said.
