In a philanthropic gesture befitting a billionaire, the said foundation spent $135 Million on Quick-Access systems that provide at a glance monitoring of students and school trends, allowing for speedy responses to students needs. The foundation also spent $66 Million on select schools, where half of poor students in them outperform state wide averages on standardized tests. In addition , Dell Foundation spent $29 M on expanding access to Advanced Placement Classes.
