By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor (as defined below) and judges, which are final and binding. These Official Rules will apply to the BBM™ Generation Contest ("Contest"). By entering this Contest, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Official Rules and any other information regarding prizes and how to enter, including any Contest notices posted at http://bbmchallenge.blackberry.com/official-rules.html (collectively, the "Terms and Conditions"). These Official Rules will have priority over any inconsistent terms in any applicable Contest notice.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc. ("Facebook").

Contest Period

The Contest will begin at 12:01am Eastern Time on October 3rd, 2011 and end at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time on October 17th, 2011]. ("Contest Period").

Eligibility

Participation open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States or the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec), who are 13 or older as of date of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and Quebec, outside of the forty-eight contiguous United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees, officers and directors of Research In Motion Limited ("Sponsor"), Mr. Youth, LLC ("Mr. Youth") and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of Contest materials, and any Influencers (defined below), and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the forty-eight United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia or Canada (excluding Quebec). Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.
  1. How to Enter. To enter the Contest, go to Sponsor's website at www.BBMChallenge.com ("Site") and follow the links and instructions to enter. You must have a Facebook profile to enter the Contest. Read the Official Rules, complete the online entry form (including your name, mailing address, phone number, birth date (including age) and email address) and for one of the below six (6) Contest Categories upload either (i) a video submission ("Video") (Maximum two minutes and thirty seconds in length) or (ii) a photograph submission ("Photo") with an essay ("Essay") (Essay is optional but must be no more than 250 words in length). The Video or Photo/Essay submission must respond to both of the following topics ("Topics"): (i) why you deserve to be a protégé in this Contest Category; and (ii) how a BlackBerry device can help you become a protégé/influencer in this Contest Category. All entry information, Videos, Photos, and Essays shall be collectively referred to herein as the "Submissions" or each as a "Submission."
    The Six Contest Categories are:
    1. Fashion - Whitney Port
    2. Film - Michelle Trachtenberg
    3. Music - Greyson Chance
    4. Sports - Hope Solo
    5. Pop culture - Jared Eng
    6. Entrepreneurship - Lauren Berger
    Entrants will be encouraged to invite up to three (3) friends via Facebook to join their Contest team ("Team"). Entrants will have up until 11:59pm ET October 17th, 2011 to invite friends to join the Team (each a "Team member"). Entrants are not required to invite friends or have friends accept an invitation to participate in the Contest; however, only entrant's Team members will be eligible to receive the Finalist Team prize (if entrant is a Finalist) or accompany the Grand Prize winner on the Grand Prize Trip (if entrant is a Grand Prize Winner). Only the person who submits the Submission will be considered the "entrant" in this Contest. A Team member will not be considered an "entrant" unless that Team member submits his or her own Submission. Potential Team members will be contacted by Entrant via Facebook and will be asked to participate as a Team member in the Contest. Each Team member must affirmatively agree to participate in the Contest and to these Official Rules in order to participate in this Contest and be eligible for the Finalist Prize (only if applicable) and/or accompany the Grand Prize winner on the Grand Prize Trip (only if applicable). Team members must satisfy the same Eligibility requirements described above for entrants.
    Limit one (1) Submission per person, per email address in each Contest Category during the Contest Period. Submissions must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions defined below. Entrants may enter in multiple Contest Categories. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Contest in the event an insufficient number of Submissions are received that meet the minimum judging criteria in each Contest Category.
    Entrants who are minors in their jurisdiction of residence (e.g., under 19 years of age in Alabama, Nebraska, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Yukon and Newfoundland and Labrador and under 21 in Mississippi, and under 18 years of age every where else) will be required to provide, at time of entry, their parent or legal guardian's email address so Sponsor can send minor's parent or legal guardian a Sponsor release for minor ("Minor Release"), which must be signed by minor's parent or legal guardian in order to participate in Contest. Minor Releases should be returned by email to Sponsor at info@bbmchallenge.com. Minor's Submission will not be posted until after Sponsor receives a Minor Release signed by minor's parent or legal guardian. If Sponsor does not receive a full executed Minor Release before the end of the Contest Period, minor's Submission will be disqualified. Minor Releases will be posted on the Site.
    By entering, each entrant warrants and represents the following with respect to their Submission: (a) entrant is the sole and exclusive owner of the Submission; (b) the Submission is entrant's own creation and is 100% original; (c) the Submission will not infringe on any rights of any third parties, including without limitation, any privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property, proprietary property or other rights; (d) the Submission has not been entered into any other contest or promotion or won any award; (e) Submission has not been previously published in any form; and (f) any third parties appearing in or referenced in the Submission have given entrant appropriate written consent to be filmed, named, photographed and/or used in connection with this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to request third party releases from any third party included in any Submission at any time. Failure to produce fully executed third party releases (if applicable) may result in disqualification of the Submission, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.
    By entering and/or participating, each entrant and Team member, as applicable, grants Sponsor the right, but not the obligation, to use entrant's and Team member's name, address (city and state/province/territory), likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, Submissions, Influencer Challenge Submissions and/or any materials or information provided by each entrant or Team member regarding the Contest or statements made by each entrant or Team member regarding the Contest or Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law, throughout the world, in perpetuity, for any purpose whatsoever, including advertising, publicity and trade, in any and all media, including but not limited to on any and all Internet media including Sponsor's web sites and properties and on social networking sites (i.e., Facebook, YouTube, Twitter etc).
    Providing a Submission constitutes entrant's consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes.
    All entrants must have a valid email address. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. All entries, including Submissions, become the sole and exclusive property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
  2. Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions: By entering, each entrant agrees that his or her Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions") and that Sponsor or Mr. Youth, in their sole discretion, may remove any Submission and disqualify an entrant from the Contest if they believe, in their sole discretion, that the entrant's Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. However, Sponsor or Mr. Youth may, in their sole an absolute discretion, notify entrant of entrant's non-compliant/disqualified Submission and give the entrant the opportunity during the Contest Period to submit another Submission that is compliant with these Guidelines and Restrictions in accordance with these Official Rules.
    Submission Guidelines:
    • The Video Submission must not exceed three minutes in length (3:00).
    • The Photo Submission must be in the following format jpeg and up to 2MB in size.
    • The Submission must be in English.
    Content Restrictions:
    • Submissions cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group, profane or pornographic, contain nudity or any materially dangerous activity;
    • Submissions cannot promote illegal drugs or firearms (or the use of any of the foregoing), or any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous, or any particular political agenda or message;
    • Submissions cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group;
    • Submissions cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about Sponsor or its products, or other people, products or companies;
    • Submissions cannot contain trademarks, logos owned by others (except trademarks and logos owned by Sponsor), or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind (other than those owned by Sponsor), without permission, or contain any third party personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses or street addresses;
    • Submissions cannot contain copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media);
    • Submissions cannot contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any other person, living or dead, except for third parties for whom entrant has a Third Party Release;
    • Submissions cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
    • Submissions cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any law;
    • Photo Submissions cannot violate any applicable Terms of Service (or Terms of Use) of Facebook or YouTube.
    Each entrant acknowledges that other entrants may have used ideas and/or concepts in their Submission that may be similar in idea or concept to what is included in entrant's Submission. Each entrant understands and agrees that he/she shall not have any claim against any other entrant or Sponsor arising out any such similarity or be entitled to any compensation because of any such similarity.
    Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, including, but not limited to, interpretation and application of these Official Rules. By entering the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.
    Submissions are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into Sponsor's server, not at the time of transmission by an entrant. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses, aliases or other identification may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion.
  3. Finalist Judging/Judging Criteria. All eligible Submissions will be judged by Sponsor, Mr. Youth and the Influencer (collectively, the "Judges") in each Contest Category. On or about October 18th, 2011, all eligible Submissions will be judged by Judges based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria ("Finalist Judging Criteria") in each Contest Category: (a) Creativity, (b) Compelling response to Topics, (c) Enthusiasm, and (d) Passion for the BlackBerry brand. Up to Twenty Five (25) highest scoring Submissions based on the Finalist Judging Criteria in each Contest Category will be selected as a finalist ("Finalist") in each Contest Category (subject to confirmation). In the event of a tie, tie will be broken based on higher score in the Compelling response to Topics category. If there is still a tie, tie will be broken based on higher score in the Creativity category. Each Finalist (upon confirmation) and each Finalist's Team member (if applicable) will receive the Finalist Prize (defined below) and Finalist will be able to participate in the Influencer Challenge below. Finalist's Team members may be required to sign and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of receiving prize.
  4. Influencer Challenge. Between October 23rd, 2011 and December 20th, 2011 ("Influencer Challenge Period"), the twenty-five (25) Finalists in each Contest Category will receive outreach and challenges from their respective Influencers to determine the ultimate protégé. As part of the Influencer outreach, Finalists may receive BBMmessages from their Influencer. By participating in this Contest, all Finalists grant Influencer and Sponsor the absolute right and permission to send text messages, emails and BBM messages to Finalists.
    As part of the Influencer Challenge, Influencers in each Contest Category will announce four (4) challenges that must be completed by Finalists in each Contest Category during the Influencer Challenge Submission Periods (defined below). To participate in the Influencer Challenge, Finalists may be required to submit videos, essays, photographs, audio files, host events and/or engage in other tasks (collectively, "Influencer Challenge Submissions"), as determined by Influencer and Sponsor, in their sole and absolute discretion. All Influencer Challenge Submissions must comply with these Official Rules and the Guidelines and Restrictions included herein, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion.
    Submission Periods for Influencer Challenge Submissions ("Influencer Challenge Submission Periods"):
    • Challenge 1: 12:01 am EST on Oct 24, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Oct 29, 2011
    • Challenge 2: 12:01 am EST on Nov 6, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Nov 11, 2011
    • Challenge 3: 12:01 am EST on Nov 20, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Nov 25, 2011
    • Challenge 4: 12:01 am EST on Dec 4, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Dec 9, 2011
  5. Influencer Challenge Judging/Voting: The Influencer Challenge Submissions will be judged by the Judges (80%) and Public Voting (20%) ("Influencer Challenge Score").
    The public voting period for each Challenge (each a "Challenge Public Voting Period") are as follows:
    • Challenge 1 Voting Period: 12:01 am EST on Oct 31, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Nov 4, 2011
    • Challenge 2 Voting Period: 12:01 am EST on Nov 14, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Nov 18, 2011
    • Challenge 3 Voting Period: 12:01 am EST on Nov 28, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Dec 2, 2011
    • Challenge 4 Voting Period: 12:01 am EST on Dec 12, 2011 until 11:59pm EST on Dec 16, 2011
    During each Challenge Public Voting Period, Influencer Challenge Submissions in each Contest Category will be judged by the public based on the following equally-weighted judging criteria ("Public Voting Criteria"): (a) Compelling response to Topics and (b) Enthusiasm. To vote for an Influencer Challenge Submission, go to www.BBMChallenge.com and select an Influencer Challenge Submission in a Contest Category based on the Public Voting Criteria by hitting the "vote" button. Voting is limited to one vote per person, per category per day of the Public Voting Period. Multiple voters are not permitted to share the same email address. The use of robotic or automatic devices for voting is prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to nullify any and all such votes and to disqualify from voting the responsible individual. Finalists are prohibited from obtaining votes by any fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of public, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion and Sponsor reserves the right to nullify any and all such votes and to disqualify from Contest the responsible entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected votes, which will be void. Only valid votes received by Sponsor will count towards entrant's Public Voting score.
    Judges will judge the Influencer Challenge Submissions based on the Finalist Judging Criteria. Judging will take place approximately one week after each Influencer Challenge Submission Period. If in the event of a tie, tie will be broken based on higher score in the Compelling response to Topics category.
    The Finalist who receives the highest Influencer Challenge Score in each Contest Category will be deemed Grand Prize Winner in that Contest Category (subject to confirmation).
  6. Prizes.
    Grand Prizes:: Each Grand Prize winner (One (1) Grand Prize winner in each Contest Category for a total of six (6) Grand Prize Winners) will each receive a day with their respective Influencer and their Team Members (up to three (3) Team members) ("Grand Prize Trip"). Only Team members will accompany Grand Prize Winner on trip. If Grand Prize Winner does not have any Team members, no other person/guest will accompany Grand Prize winner on the Grand Prize Trip, subject to the exceptions outlined below. Prize includes a two (2) day / one (1) night trip for up to four (4) people to city/location where Influencer is located within the United States or Canada. Trip includes round-trip coach airfare from major gateway airport nearest Grand Prize winner's city of residence, transportation to and from the nearest major gateway airport and double occupancy hotel accommodations, $500 USD spending money for Grand Prize winner and an event (to be determined) with Influencer. Taxes, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, or any other expenses not specifically listed herein responsibility of Grand Prize winner. Travel and accommodations subject to availability; certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Grand Prize winner must travel between December 2011 and June 2012, or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate. If Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, one guest must be Grand Prize winner's parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and guests must sign travel release prior to ticketing. Guests must be of the age of majority unless the Grand Prize winner is guest's parent or legal guardian. Sponsor is not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the flights. Grand Prize winner and guests will be solely responsible for obtaining valid identification relating to acceptance and use of the travel prize packages and for ensuring no impediment to entry into country of Influencer's residence. If in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to Grand Prize winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $10,000 USD, based on sample [Ann Arbor, Michigan] departure and [Los Angeles, California] destination, but actual value may vary depending on air flight fluctuations and distance between departure and destination, and prize will not exceed a value of [$15,000 USD]. Grand Prize winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
    Sponsor is not responsible if meeting or outreach with Influencers is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to substitute a different prize activity/event/meeting. Sponsor's liability is limited to only the travel portion of the prize. Any meeting with Influencers is based on their availability and subject to Influencer's schedule.
    Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist and his or her Team members (if applicable) will receive a BlackBerry® Bold™ 9830 smartphone or BlackBerry® Bold™ 9930 smartphone for their participation in The BBM Challenge Council program. Each Finalist and his or her Team Members will be able to keep the smartphone after the duration of the Contest. Service plans for the duration of The BBM Challenge Council program will be provided to Finalists and Team members at the discretion of Sponsor. Not all Finalists or Team members will receive service plans. ARV of each Finalist Prize: $300 USD.
    ARV of all prizes combined: $67,200 USD. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions, except in the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All expenses not specifically listed herein are the responsibility of winners. Sponsor is not liable for any tax implications arising out of Prize acceptance and use. Finalists and Grand Prize Winners and their Team members (if applicable) are responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion. Independent financial advice should be sought.
    Finalist Prize Conditions: Phone service is not provided as part of Finalist Prize Finalist Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. No transfer, cash redemption or substitution of prizes is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value at it sole discretion. If any potential winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for fulfilling all requirements imposed on winners set forth herein.
    Finalist Prizes will be delivered to each Finalist and his or her Team member (if applicable) via registered mail to their home address within 6 - 8 weeks of Finalist being declared and verified as an eligible Finalist.
    Finalists and their Team members (if applicable) acknowledge and agree that:
    • the smartphone Prizes will not operate without activation, airtime and other services which are not included with the BlackBerry smartphone Prize;
    • Winners shall be responsible for the set up and payment of any monthly airtime service fees associated with the smartphone Prizes as well as any other applicable set up or other applicable fees in order to activate and use the smartphone Prize;
    • use of the smartphone is subject to acceptance of the BlackBerry End User License Agreement provided with the smartphone;
    • the use of the third party products and services on the smartphone Prizes is subject to terms and conditions, including, if applicable, any license agreement provided with the third party software, hardware, products and/or services (collectively, the "Third Party Information");
    • the use of Third Party Information shall be governed by and subject to each Finalists' and their Team member's agreement to the terms of separate Third Party Information licenses and/or agreements;
    • any Third Party Information that is provided with or without Sponsor's products and/or services is provided "as is". Sponsor makes no representation, warranty or guarantee whatsoever in relation to the Third Party Information and Sponsor assumes no liability whatsoever in relation to the Third Party Information even if Sponsor has been advised of the possibility of such damages or can anticipate such damages;
    • the inclusion of Third Party Information does not imply endorsement by Sponsor of the Third Party Information or the third party in any way; and
    • Sponsor does not control and is not responsible for any Third Party Information, including without limitation, the content, accuracy, intellectual property issues, compatibility, performance, trustworthiness, legality, decency, links, or any other aspect of the Third Party Information.
  7. Notification. Finalists and Grand Prize Winners (collectively, "winners") will be notified by email and phone and may be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and/or rights transfer document within five (5) calendar days of prize notification. If any winner is considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity and rights transfer document must be signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. If any winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if any winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Contest rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to the Submission with the next highest score. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.
  8. Conditions. Sponsor shall not be liable or responsible in the event any Submission is not used for any reason. Submissions may be cut, edited, reformatted, rearranged, combined with other materials and/or otherwise modified, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. By participating, entrants, Team members, and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Mr. Youth, Influencers, Facebook Inc., and their advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action. Entrants and Team members who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Contest in any way shall be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.
  9. Additional Terms. Any attempted form of entry other than as set forth above is prohibited; no automatic, programmed; robotic or similar means of entry or voting are permitted. Sponsor, its affiliates, partners and promotion and advertising agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit one's ability to enter the Contest, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading any materials in this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor will select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry or voting process or the operation of the Contest or web site. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
    CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
    In the event of a dispute as to any Submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each entrant may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

YOUTH, LLC hired for the purposes of, creating, developing or administering this Contest in any way, Facebook, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and marketing agencies, representatives and entities involved in the implementation and execution of the Contest (the "Released Parties) BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SERVICE AND/OR THE CONTEST, DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY WEBSITES ASSOCIATES WITH THE CONTEST. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED ENTITIES' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED $10.   11. Disputes; Governing Law. Except where prohibited by law, the parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Contest. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York.
    THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS RULES. For any matters which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in these Official Rules and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Official Rules and/or the Contest, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non convenien.
  12. Personal Information
    This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By completing and submitting the information requested for participation in the Contest, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Facebook and they consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of this Contest. Sponsor may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Contest or communicating with entrants. If an entrant has so elected, he/she consents to the storage of their personal information on Sponsor's database and Sponsor may use this information for future contest and marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging.
