Bill Gates declares war on America's School Systems

World's richest man and Microsoft Owner, Bill Gates, has declared a war on America's SCHOOL SYSTEMS. Speaking at a meeting, he stands "High Schools have become 'OBSOLETE' and were "LIMITING-EVEN-RUINING" the lives of millions of Americans every year. The situation has become "almost shameful".

Bill Gates appeared before the "NATIONAL GOVERNORS ASSOCIATION" seeking converts to his plan to do something about. He also pledged a US $ 2 BILLION of his money.
