76% parents in favour of Corporal Punishment:Sparc

 A recent survey organized by Society for the Protection of the Rights of Children, reveals its results regarding corporal punishment on children. "76% of parents are in favour of corporal punishment and believe that such punishment is necessary to correct the child's behaviour", claims the report.

The survey was carried out in five districs of Pakistan.
