Leverkusen stun Chelsea to progress, Arsenal beat Dortmund to qualify to the next stage

November 23: The prolific Netherlands international Robin van Persie again scored a double as Arsenal beat Dortmund to qualify for the Knock-out stage.
Just four minutes into the second half, Persie head the ball into the net following a wonderful conribution from Alex Song. He scored another goal in 81 minutes when Arteta's corner found him unmarked at the back post. Kagawa scored for Dortmund in the stoppage time but it was too late for the German club.
Bayer leverkusen beat Chelsea 2-1 to lead the group, while the competetion toughens between the Group E teams to qualify to the knock-out stage.
Didier Drogba had put Chelsea in front three minutes after the break while  Daniel Sturridge being the architect of that goal. Derdiyok equalised in 72 minutes with a neat header from Sam's cross and after 90 minutes Friedrich headed the ball through a sea of blue shirts sealing the victory.
Barcelona beat AC Milan 3-2 to lead the group. Both teams have qualified for the next stage.
Mark van Bommel, under pressure from Xavi Hernández, scored a own goal but Ibrahimovich equallised in 20 minutes. Lionel Messi restores his team's lead with a penalty. Milan again equalised after an individual brilliance from Boateng in 54 minutes.
Xavi Hernández's strike, on Messi's superb pass, clinched victory and first place in Group H for Barcelona.

Man beaten unjustly by cops

2 Seattle WA cops dragged a black man out of his car and beat him, causing injuries to his face and ribs. The man was charged on a stand-alone obstruction charge after a search of the car turned up nothing and even that charge was later dismissed. But the cops has been accused of excessive force.The department is currently the subject of a DOJ investigation into an alleged pattern of excessive force against minorities.

Who Is Responsible??!!!

With his handicapped limbs, he crawls on the road during day time,  for 12 hours or so...asking for financial help...Irrespective of the weather conditions, it is his daily routine...Some passes by without even noticing the 'trivial' figure while others stop to drop a penny or two...

Well, who is responsible?? The authorities for not shifting him to a place where he can be treated and given a dignified living afterwards? Or, We, the common passerby's who give him the least amount our currency holds and think to have done our part?  If the authorities failed to take a step, could we not either?? Or he, himself for holding a bowl large enough to get him a day's bread (MAYBE!) but does not ask for a proper permanent living which is actually his fundamental right!?
